IST TOO PREPARES ITS MENUS WITH HATAY SULTAN SOFRASI DURING THE MONTH OF RAMADAN

Shangri-La Bosphorus Istanbul hosts two chefs of Hatay Sultan Sofrası during Ramadan and invites its guests who want to meet their loved ones at a delicious table to experience and share Hatay cuisine. Bringing together the local flavors of Hatay Sultan Sofrası with its guests, IST TOO offers its guests a rich iftar selection of Hatay delicacies, accompanied by the eye-catching view of the Bosphorus and live Turkish Classical Music.

The menu, prepared by two Guest Chefs from Hatay Sultan Sofrası and starting with a wide range of local iftar dishes such as Antakya cheese varieties, zahter salad, Babaganuç, is enriched with two different soup options and hot appetizers ranging from pepper bread to Damascus fasting. Delicious main dishes such as tray kebab and lamb shank are served with firik rice. At the live dessert station, in addition to Hatay’s traditional flavor kunefe, options that appeal to every palate such as gullaç and baklava await guests.

Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul, while bringing the local flavors of Hatay Sultan Sofrası to taste lovers, will donate some of the iftar revenues during Ramadan, the month of sharing and solidarity, to the Hatay Friendship City, which was launched last year and hosted approximately 1,200 earthquake victims.
