Will Aaron Taylor-Johnson be the new James Bond?

Will Aaron Taylor-Johnson be the next 007 after Daniel Craig’s departure?

He claims that the 33-year-old British actor will replace the character, which Craig played for 15 years. A source says: “Bond is up to Aaron if he wants to take it up. A formal offer is on the table and a callback is awaited.”

Craig, 56, announced in 2019 that No Time To Die, released in 2021, would be the last James Bond movie. Since then, there has been speculation about who would replace him. Rumors include Tom Hardy, Bridgerton actor Regé-Jean Page and Idris Elba, while the role was allegedly offered to Aaron Taylor-Johnson.

Eon Productions hopes to begin shooting the 26th James Bond movie later this year. Taylor-Johnson, 33, who has appeared in productions such as Kick-Ass, Tenet and Bullet Train, is the person they chose for the role.

“According to insider information, Aaron will sign his contract in the coming days and they can start preparing for the big announcement,” another source said.
